(倫敦訊)新一年人人都想笑口常開,快快樂樂。英國作家霍格特提出10個快樂人生的“小貼士”。
跟伴侶獨處
每週抽一小時跟伴侶獨處,不受騷擾地靜靜聊天。單身一族可打一通電話給多月沒聯絡的朋友,熱情一點也無妨。
做忘我運動
找出最能夠令自己完全投入,達到忘我的嗜好或活動,運動、音樂甚至工作都可以。
勿追求完美
不要事事追求完美。世事沒有十全十美,堅持完美只會令自己不快。
勿孤芳自賞
不要孤芳自賞。害羞的人可找一個你認為最有自信的人作為模仿對象,模仿他的說話和行為。勇於跟人打開話匣子。
每天都大笑
每天至少大笑一次。笑可令血液循環、肌肉活動和按摩內臟。捧腹大笑100至200次可消耗500卡路里。心情不好時可看喜劇或棟篤笑。
多體能活動
每週做3次半小時的運動,愉快感覺可增加一至兩成。並非只有跑步打球才算運動,園藝、參演業餘話劇、吸塵也行,只要讓身體活動即可。
扮笑也有益
多多微笑。微笑令你看來更誠懇、善於交際、更具吸引力。即使只是扮笑,身體也會分泌快樂激素,令人變得心情愉快。
做自己好友
做自己的好朋友,擊退內心負面消極的聲音,遇上逆境要自我安慰。
常獎勵自己
獎勵自己,一個熱水浴、一杯美酒、一次按摩,甚至雲雨一番都可以。
助人最開心
助人為快樂之本。施比受更有福,幫助別人令你自覺大方慷慨和有能力,帶來的愉快感覺比吃朱古力或購物都要持久。

2006 New Year Resolution
After finishing master, after found this challenging job, what have i achieved? It's time to retrospect my achievement in 2005 and move on to new resolution in 2006.
Just to recap, my last year's resolution was:-
1) Get permanent job
2) Stay with partner together (not far far away)
3) Accompany partner in near distance
Have i achieve it? Yes, I got a wonderful, stressful but challenging job. I stay with my darling and her family. We spend a wonderful time accompany each other for these half year. However, i feel that i'm not satisfied yet. I need some motivation. It's motivation that keeps me moving forward. I feel that i'm not stable yet, even after few months working.
Start from 2nd January 2006, i move out from her house to a place called Petaling Jaya. It is much closer to my working place. I want to move on to new resolution in this year.
1) Find and own my first property with my darling
2) Get stable status with my job
3) Saving > you know that figure...
